Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are prepared with care in small batches. Processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak seasons or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. In this case we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Within Switzerland
We ship throughout Switzerland using reliable local carriers. Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates:

Standard shipping: CHF 9.90 for orders up to 2 kg

Free shipping for orders over CHF 200 (or your chosen threshold)

Express / next-day shipping option: CHF 17–25 depending on weight/zone
3. Shipping to EU
We currently offer shipping to select EU countries. Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days depending on location.
Important: Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Packaging
We use eco-conscious packaging whenever possible: simple, reusable, and respectful to nature. Your products are protected to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, additional shipping costs will apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We will assist you with a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
8. Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, wellness and personal-care items are non-returnable once opened.
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we are happy to replace it.
For unopened items, returns are accepted within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side.
2. Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we’re happy to replace it.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo so we can assist you quickly.
