100% natural herbs sourced from Vietnam, including: Cassia Seed (Quyết minh tử), Coriander (Quận mùi), Licorice (Cam thảo), Cinnamon Twig (Quế chi), Dried Citrus Peel (Trần bì), Lemongrass, Mugwort (Ngải cứu, assuming "Ngải nghiên" is a typo for Ngải cứu).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE​​​​​​​
 
Hot Compress:
Place the compress bag into a microwave oven on the highest heating setting (800w) for 15 - 30 seconds. You may spray a small amount of clean water onto the compress before microwaving. Apply to the eye area for relaxation.
 
Cold Compress:
Place the compress bag in a freezer for 2 - 3 hours, then remove and use.
 
SHELF LIFE​​​​​​​
 
Shelf Life: 2 years from the manufacturing date (after approximately 250 uses, the herbal essence will be depleted, but it can still be used as a multi-purpose cold compress).
Storage: Store in a sealed plastic bag, in a dry place, away from moisture.
 
USAGE NOTES
 
Always test the heat level to ensure it is comfortable before applying the product. You may slightly increase the microwaving time to achieve the desired temperature.
It is recommended to use the compress 1–2 times per day.
Do not use the compress on sensitive skin areas or open wounds.
Not for use by children under the age of 13.
Individuals with impaired thermal sensation should only use the product under the supervision or support of a family member.
